Bruno began his career in 1987 as a strategy consultant at Bain et Cie, where he worked for more than 6 years with multinational company executives. He was then General Manager, for 12 years, of different companies in the private and public sectors, before becoming director of development of leaders in large companies and business schools for 6 years.

Bruno founded Role Crafting in 2010 to develop Agility and Sense in organizations. He assists managers, entrepreneurs and senior executives in the implementation of innovative solutions for optimizing the organization to face strategic and human issues.

He has built over the years a sharp expertise of operational role transformation (Role CraftingTM). He is the author of a book of sociology of organizations prefaced by Michel Crozier (“Coaching for Change with Pleasure”, 2007), a thesis at INSEAD (Crafting Meaningful Roles in Today’s Organizations, 2012) and different contributions to strategic innovation and leadership (The 7 Keys to Leadership, 2011).

He graduated from HEC Paris (1985), from INSEAD (Executive MBA and Master in Organizational Psychology and Coaching), as well as from Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne University (Master in Organization at IAE Paris). Bruno devotes a part of his time to research and development. He is a speaker at HEC Montréal, HEC Paris, INSEAD and Polytechnique.
